How does it work?

We start by communicating with you directly. We'd like to know how many days you have available for your adventure, what you want to do and see, determine the physical nature of any activity and match it to your desires, what your culinary tastes are, and begin to develop an itinerary exclusive to you.

Once we have refined the details, we will develop the management of the trip to maximize your time to get every inch that you want out of your experience.

We'll continue to work on your final itinerary until it meets all of your needs. Remember though that this is a private trip and we can make any adjustments during your stay that you might want.

What we do

We assist you with selecting the best accommodations close to the location of each day's activities. We'll provide you with two or three quality accommodations to choose from or let you pick a location.

We have staff that can assist you with air travel options.

We will provide all transportation for the length of your stay. Your driver/guide may be the same for the duration of the experience or you may have different guides for different locations and different adventures.

We'll ensure the quality for any of your choices.

We will assist as necessary to provide you with any services. This includes grocery shopping, picking up refreshments, or help with any other need.

We will maximize your time by using the best road routes between destinations, knowing where to park, making advance lunch and dinner reservations when applicable, and allowing you to enjoy the unique landscapes without having to drive.

For overnights away from our guides' home base, your driver guide will be staying nearby to assist you with anything.

Pricing

You'll pay up front for airfare and accommodations. By staying in hotels local to your chosen activities, you'll save big on current resort and hotel pricing for locations like Sedona. We can help you with picking the right airports and suggesting hotels.

Once we've determined a final itinerary, we will prepare a quote for the remainder of your experience. You'll have your own guide and driver for the duration of your stay. An estimate for couples will likely amount to approximately $1,000 per day. This depends on activities chosen and their costs. Unless otherwise outlined in the final itinerary, you will cover your own meal expenses. We will include fresh fruit, vegies, healthy snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments of your choosing in your vehicle for travel times.
